Five things to note when using aluminum pallets

1: Take it gently and put it down

Aluminum pallets should be handled with care, because aluminum alloy pallets are light in weight and can be easily picked up by one person, so they are easily thrown away during handling. This approach is not advisable. Although aluminum alloy pallets are metal pallets , but after all, it is made of aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy is a deformed alloy. After all, it is not as hard as steel. It is easy to cause the pallet to deform during the process of throwing and smashing.

2: Weighing range

When aluminum alloy pallets are used to stack goods, they must be stacked strictly according to the load capacity of the aluminum pallets, and overloading is strictly prohibited.

Three: Uniform force

When placing goods, they should be placed evenly to avoid sideways tilt when being transported by a forklift, causing unnecessary losses.

Four: Choose the right pallet

Manufacturers should select appropriate pallets based on the nature of their goods. Aluminum alloy pallets are also divided into heavy-load and light-load.

Five: Do not hit the side of the pallet

When a forklift or manual hydraulic truck is operating, the fork spine should be as close as possible to the outside of the fork hole of the aluminum pallet. The fork spine should all extend into the pallet, and the angle can only be changed after the pallet is lifted smoothly. Do not hit the side of the pallet with the prongs to avoid deformation or breakage of the pallet.
